Productivity is down, stress-related illness and claims are up; good people are leaving big companies for an easier way of life.

‘Overwhelmed employees’ are one of today’s most pressing business challenges, say company bosses across the world [Deloitte 2014].  Yet the pressure to deliver more with less is unremitting.

It’s not as if companies haven’t tried. Spending on “employee wellbeing” has more than doubled since 2009, to £400 per person. But this hasn’t made much difference: UK plc lost a record 29bn from sickness last year.

So what can business leaders do about it?

Join Mind Gym’s FREE webinar for answers to the “overwhelmed employee” challenge. Mind Gym’s latest meta-analysis reveals:

   •   The false prophet of ‘work-life balance’ and other misleading myths

   •   Why some people don’t even survive, yet others thrive in identical

       environments

   •   Who is really responsible for the welfare of workers (and it’s not HR)

   •   How to equip people so they are better at looking after themselves

and the people they work with every day

   •   Why focusing on managers is the most cost-effective way to build a

       resilient organisation
